Tujuan penggunaan

• Menjawab pertanyaan dan memberikan maklumat perkhidmatan.
• Mengurus tempahan, bayaran dan pembangunan website.
• Berkomunikasi mengenai projek dan menyediakan sokongan pelanggan.
• Menyimpan rekod urusan perniagaan yang berkaitan.

Maklumat akan disimpan secara munasabah dan dilindungi daripada akses, penggunaan atau pendedahan tanpa kebenaran. Nextera tidak akan menjual, menyewakan atau mendedahkan maklumat pelanggan kepada pihak lain untuk tujuan pemasaran mereka.

Maklumat hanya boleh diproses oleh penyedia perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk komunikasi atau operasi, seperti WhatsApp dan penyedia e-mel, tertakluk pada polisi platform tersebut. Maklumat juga boleh didedahkan jika diwajibkan oleh undang-undang atau dengan persetujuan pelanggan.

Pelanggan boleh menghubungi Nextera untuk meminta akses, pembetulan atau penarikan persetujuan berhubung data peribadi mereka, tertakluk pada keperluan undang-undang dan penyimpanan rekod.

Nextera Solutions respects customer privacy. We may collect names, telephone numbers, email addresses and business information when customers submit an enquiry form, contact us through WhatsApp, place an order or communicate with the company.

How information is used

• To respond to enquiries and provide service information.
• To manage orders, payments and website development.
• To communicate about projects and provide customer support.
• To maintain relevant business records.

Information will be stored responsibly and protected against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Nextera will not sell, rent or disclose customer information to other parties for their marketing purposes.

Information may only be processed by service providers needed for communication or operations, such as WhatsApp and email providers, subject to their respective policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or with the customer's consent.

Customers may contact Nextera to request access, correction or withdrawal of consent regarding their personal data, subject to legal and record-retention requirements.

Pakej RM499 menyediakan sebuah website responsif berkonsepkan landing page atau business page dalam satu halaman, dengan sehingga lima seksyen yang dipilih pelanggan. Contohnya Hero, Tentang Kami, Perkhidmatan, Portfolio atau Testimoni dan Hubungi Kami.

• Fungsi, halaman atau seksyen tambahan tidak termasuk dan akan dinilai serta dicaj secara berasingan.
• Pelanggan bertanggungjawab menyediakan semua logo, teks, gambar, harga, alamat dan maklumat perniagaan dalam format yang sesuai.
• Pelanggan bertanggungjawab memastikan semua bahan yang diberikan tepat, sah dan tidak melanggar hak cipta, tanda dagangan, privasi atau undang-undang.
• Nextera boleh menolak kandungan yang menyalahi undang-undang, mengelirukan, berbahaya atau tidak sesuai.

Pelanggan memiliki website yang telah dibayar dan diluluskan serta terus memiliki bahan asal yang dibekalkan oleh pelanggan. Komponen, alat, pustaka dan kaedah kerja milik pihak ketiga atau Nextera kekal tertakluk pada hak dan lesen asalnya.

Nextera berhak memaparkan hasil website sebagai portfolio, bahan promosi atau contoh kerja, kecuali persetujuan lain dibuat secara bertulis.

The RM499 package provides one responsive landing page or business page with up to five customer-selected sections. Examples include Hero, About Us, Services, Portfolio or Testimonials and Contact Us.

• Additional functions, pages or sections are not included and will be assessed and charged separately.
• The customer is responsible for providing all logos, text, images, prices, addresses and business information in a suitable format.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that all supplied materials are accurate, lawful and do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or any law.
• Nextera may reject content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful or inappropriate.

The customer owns the completed and approved website that has been fully paid for, and retains ownership of original materials supplied by the customer. Third-party or Nextera-owned components, tools, libraries and working methods remain subject to their original rights and licences.

Nextera may display the completed website as part of its portfolio, promotional materials or work samples unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Bayaran penuh RM499 diperlukan sebelum pembangunan website dimulakan.
• Tiada deposit atau bayaran ansuran untuk pakej ini.
• Semua bayaran adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dikembalikan setelah dibuat.
• Pembatalan oleh pelanggan selepas bayaran tidak melayakkan pelanggan menerima bayaran balik.
• Jika Nextera tidak dapat meneruskan projek atas sebab yang berpunca daripada pihak syarikat sendiri, bayaran penuh akan dikembalikan kepada pelanggan.

Pengecualian refund: Bayaran balik penuh hanya diberikan apabila Nextera sendiri tidak dapat meneruskan projek. Kelewatan, kegagalan menyerahkan bahan atau pembatalan oleh pelanggan tidak layak mendapat refund.

• Full payment of RM499 is required before website development begins.
• No deposit or instalment payment is available for this package.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once made.
• Cancellation by the customer after payment does not qualify for a refund.
• If Nextera is unable to continue the project for reasons caused by the company itself, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Refund exception: A full refund is only provided when Nextera itself is unable to continue the project. Customer delay, failure to provide materials or customer cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

Kerja hanya dianggap bermula apabila kedua-dua syarat berikut dipenuhi:

1. Bayaran penuh RM499 telah diterima; dan
2. Semua bahan yang diperlukan telah diterima dengan lengkap daripada pelanggan.

Anggaran tempoh pembangunan ialah 5–7 hari bekerja dari tarikh kedua-dua syarat tersebut dipenuhi. Sabtu, Ahad dan cuti umum tidak dikira sebagai hari bekerja.

Tempoh tersebut merupakan anggaran dan boleh berubah jika terdapat kelewatan maklum balas, pindaan, masalah teknikal, permintaan di luar skop atau keadaan di luar kawalan munasabah Nextera. Pelanggan akan dimaklumkan jika berlaku perubahan material kepada jadual.

Pesanan akan kekal terbuka selama tiga bulan dari tarikh pembayaran. Jika pelanggan gagal menyerahkan bahan atau memberikan maklum balas yang diperlukan dalam tempoh tersebut, pesanan akan dibatalkan dan tiada refund akan diberikan.

Work is deemed to begin only after both of the following conditions have been met:

1. Full payment of RM499 has been received; and
2. All required materials have been received in full from the customer.

The estimated development period is 5–7 working days from the date both conditions are met. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

This period is an estimate and may change due to delayed feedback, revisions, technical issues, out-of-scope requests or circumstances beyond Nextera's reasonable control. The customer will be informed of any material change to the schedule.

The order will remain open for three months from the payment date. If the customer fails to provide the required materials or feedback within that period, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

• Pakej merangkumi domain yang layak dan hosting untuk tahun pertama sahaja.
• Domain percuma tertakluk pada ketersediaan serta harga pendaftaran yang sama atau lebih rendah daripada harga domain .com semasa. Domain .com.my, .my, premium atau sambungan berharga lebih tinggi tidak termasuk kecuali pelanggan membayar perbezaan atau naik taraf.
• Domain boleh didaftarkan atas nama pelanggan atau diuruskan oleh Nextera sebagai wakil pelanggan, mengikut persetujuan semasa pendaftaran.
• Mulai tahun kedua, pelanggan bertanggungjawab membayar pembaharuan domain dan hosting mengikut harga semasa.
• Kegagalan membayar pembaharuan sebelum tarikh tamat boleh menyebabkan website atau e-mel tidak boleh diakses dan domain berisiko tamat atau diperoleh pihak lain.

Harga pembaharuan boleh berubah mengikut kadar penyedia domain dan hosting. Sebarang migrasi, pemulihan selepas tamat tempoh atau perubahan pelan mungkin dikenakan caj tambahan.

• The package includes an eligible domain and hosting for the first year only.
• The free domain is subject to availability and a registration price equal to or lower than the current price of a .com domain. .com.my, .my, premium or higher-priced extensions are excluded unless the customer pays the difference or upgrade cost.
• The domain may be registered in the customer's name or managed by Nextera as the customer's representative, as agreed during registration.
• From the second year onwards, the customer is responsible for domain and hosting renewal charges at the prevailing price.
• Failure to renew before expiry may cause the website or email to become unavailable, and the domain may expire or be acquired by another party.

Renewal prices may change according to domain and hosting provider rates. Migration, recovery after expiry or plan changes may incur additional charges.

Pindaan

Pakej termasuk sehingga tiga pusingan pindaan kecil. Pindaan kecil merangkumi pembetulan seperti nombor telefon, alamat, kesalahan ejaan atau pelarasan kandungan yang tidak mengubah struktur asal website.

Perubahan struktur, reka bentuk semula, penukaran konsep, seksyen baharu, fungsi tambahan atau bahan baharu yang banyak bukan pindaan kecil dan boleh dikenakan caj tambahan.

Kelulusan akhir

Pelanggan diberikan tujuh hari kalendar selepas versi semakan akhir diserahkan untuk menghantar pembetulan atau kelulusan. Jika tiada maklum balas diterima dalam tempoh tersebut, website akan dianggap telah diperiksa dan diluluskan.

Sokongan selepas penyerahan

Sokongan percuma selama satu bulan dari tarikh penyerahan hanya meliputi pembetulan bug atau masalah teknikal pada website asal. Ia tidak meliputi kandungan baharu, perubahan reka bentuk, penambahan fungsi, isu akibat perubahan oleh pelanggan atau pihak ketiga, serta masalah perkhidmatan luar.

Revisions

The package includes up to three rounds of minor revisions. Minor revisions include corrections to telephone numbers, addresses, spelling errors or content adjustments that do not alter the website's original structure.

Structural changes, redesigns, concept changes, new sections, additional functions or substantial new materials are not minor revisions and may be charged separately.

Final approval

The customer has seven calendar days after the final review version is delivered to submit corrections or approval. If no feedback is received within that period, the website will be considered reviewed and approved.

Post-delivery support

One month of free support from the delivery date covers only bugs or technical issues affecting the original website. It does not cover new content, design changes, additional functions, issues caused by customer or third-party modifications, or external service problems.

Nextera akan menyediakan perkhidmatan secara profesional berdasarkan skop yang dipersetujui. Walau bagaimanapun, website tidak menjamin jumlah jualan, pertanyaan pelanggan, kedudukan enjin carian, trafik, keuntungan atau hasil perniagaan tertentu.

Contoh portfolio yang dilabel sebagai “Konsep Demo” dibina untuk tujuan demonstrasi dan tidak menunjukkan hubungan pelanggan, website rasmi atau sokongan daripada perniagaan yang digambarkan, kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya.

Nextera tidak bertanggungjawab atas ketepatan, kesahihan atau hak penggunaan bahan yang diberikan oleh pelanggan, gangguan daripada penyedia pihak ketiga, perubahan algoritma, tindakan pengguna, serangan siber di luar kawalan munasabah atau kerugian tidak langsung yang timbul daripada penggunaan website.

Polisi ini boleh dikemas kini dari semasa ke semasa. Versi yang diterbitkan pada website merupakan versi semasa.

Nextera will provide its services professionally according to the agreed scope. However, a website does not guarantee any particular level of sales, customer enquiries, search-engine ranking, traffic, profit or business results.

Portfolio examples labelled “Demo Concept” are created for demonstration purposes and do not indicate a customer relationship, official website or endorsement by the business depicted unless otherwise stated.

Nextera is not responsible for the accuracy, legality or usage rights of customer-supplied materials, third-party service interruptions, algorithm changes, user actions, cyberattacks beyond reasonable control or indirect losses arising from use of the website.

These policies may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website is the current version.
